In which versions and for what price is Zoho CRM available?
Zoho’s CRM software is available in a free version for up to three users. However, only standard functions are included and the system cannot be extended via Zoho’s CRM Marketplace.
For annual billing, Zoho CRM is available in four different versions. In addition to the three variants shown in the table, there is also the Ultimate variant for 100 € per user per month, which contains all the functions of the Enterprise version, but for example already includes Premium Support. Premium Support can be added to the Professional and Enterprise versions for a fee. Monthly billing is also possible for all versions. However, this will cost more.
Otherwise, the differences between the respective variants are the number of functions included and, as can be seen from the examples in the table, the limitations. This can make it more difficult for companies to make a selection, since it should be known which CRM functions are required and to what extent.
Another important point is that the standard package does not include the Zoho Mail add-on and the plug-in for integrating Microsoft Outlook and Office.
What makes Zoho CRM special as a tool?
There are many CRM systems out there: what is particularly exciting about Zoho at the moment are the new functions that use artificial intelligence. These are summarised under the term ZIA. ZIA stands for Zoho Intelligence Assistance. ZIA is used, for example, to make predictions for lead conversion and forecasts for the conclusion of contracts. But also reminders of appointments and suggestions of the best times to contact customers are part of the system.
Some of these functions are included in the Enterprise Edition and higher. The complete scope, however, only in the Ultimate version. As this part is still very new, the various functions will be introduced gradually. The voice bot, ZIA voice, is also only available in English so far. In this respect, there will certainly be some more updates to the Zoho CRM tools in the future. Zoho is one of the tools that offers a lot for customer relationship management. So Zoho is not only suitable for start-ups.
