Version 10 has been released. In addition to the already announced innovations
- Connection to e-mail marketing systems
- Geo-visualization on maps
- Address entry assistant with street databases
we find the following features remarkable:
DSGVO-Readiness: Customers can now design their business processes in accordance with DSGVO without additional costs. For example, data protection information can be provided automatically. The documentation obligation for data record creation and processing can also be easily fulfilled.
Action panel: Frequently used functions can be displayed in the form of scripts or workflows for quick access. The user is also automatically offered special functions in the right context. The panel can also be positioned freely.

Combit CRM: Version 10 will be available from June 2019 with over 200 features and improvements. You can get a first overview of the new features in this video. Further highlights are geo-visualizations, connection to e-mail marketing systems like Inxmail, CleverReach, complete street directories and much more.
The goal of Combit CRM is to develop high quality, innovative and reliable software.
Forms of offer
The software from Combit is available as a purchase license and a rental license. However, the rental license is not a cloud solution, i.e. “software as a service”, but rather a classic solution. The data is stored in the own company. Before making a selection, the system requirements must be taken into account.
Two examples of differences from the variants shown in the table are that no English program interface can be selected in the Basic variant and that Microsoft SharePoint as a document management system is only included in the Enterprise variant.
A mobile app, practically for field service, among other things, is part of all variants. Access to the stored data is thus also possible offline.
The aim of Combit is to support the sales department in all process phases, from the initial contact and consultation to the offer and final business transaction, with, for example, extensive information on contact history. Furthermore, marketing campaigns can be designed, target groups can be defined and the budget and costs can be controlled. But Combit also provides support in the service sector, for example in the areas of complaint management or the creation of a knowledge database, so that service employees can help their customers faster and more qualified.
To make the processes in sales, marketing and service more efficient, company-specific processes can be mapped and automated with the Workflow Designer. However, the creation of workflows is only supported in the Professional and Enterprise Editions.
The List & Label Designer is included in all variants. This offers extensive reporting functions. It is possible to select the data required for individual evaluations. The evaluations can be output as different diagrams.
The system can be flexibly adapted to the requirements of a company. Lots of possibilities for customization lie in the database structure. The database tables can be changed, deleted and supplemented directly in CRM. The user interface, i.e. the position of the individual fields, can also be defined individually. A display of fields can be switched on and off for specific departments and teams, which makes it easier to keep track of the overview.
Some important pros summarized:
- Flexibly adaptable
- Extensive functions
- Individually adjustable reporting with List-& Label- Designer
- Individually adjustable user interface
Some important contrasts summarized:
- Only available as a classic on-premise solution
- System requirements must be checked
